As of January 29, 2014 this has not happened. 01/2009 - Obama appoints Timothy Geithner (who engineered the AIG bailout) as Secretary of Treasury. 02/2009 - Obama appoints Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of General Electric, as member of President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. 02/2009 - Obama orders 17,000 more troops to Afghanistan. 04/2009 - Obama appoints 5 RIAA lawyers to Justice Department. 05/2009 - Obama appoints Gary Gensler (former partner @ Goldman Sachs) as Chairman of US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. 07/2009 - Obama appoints Michael Taylor (former Monsanto VP) as Senior Advisor to Commissioner of FDA. 08/2009 - Obama nominates Ben Bernanke to Chairman of the Federal Reserve. 10/2009 - Obama appoints Adam Storch (former VP at Goldman Sachs) to CEO of SEC Enforcement Division. 01/2010 - Obama promotes Michael Taylor (former Monsanto VP) to be US Deputy Commissioner for Foods. 02/2010 - Obama orders 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan. 01/2011 - Obama appointed Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of General Electric, as chairman of Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. 03/2011 - Obama orders attack on Libya w/o Congressional approval; unconstitutional. 85 Libyan civilians were killed. 05/2011 - Obama extends Patriot Act a second time. 09/2011 - Obama orders drone strike that kills 3 US Citizens (Awlaki, his 16-year old son, and one other). 10/2011 - Obama signs ACTA (multinational version of SOPA; developed by RIAA, MPAA, Big Pharma) 01/2012 - Obama signs NDAA - Indefinite Detention of US Citizens (in USA or abroad) without Right to Trial. 01/2012 - Obama uses Executive Privilege to keep "Fast & Furious" gun running scam documents away from Congressional Investigation. 03/2012 - Obama signs Executive Order NDRP - In the name of national defense, our government can take control of private sector resources without consent of the owner. This is a refresh of old Martial Law BUT NOW "in peacetime" and "in non-emergency", too. 03/2012 - Obama sends $1.5 billion to "Muslim Brotherhood" in Egypt. 04/2012 - Obama sends $147 million to Hamas-run Gaza. 05/2012 - Obama signs No Trespass Bill - HR 347 - Free speech/protest now a felony when & where Secret Service says so. President has control of the SS. 05/2012 - Obama signs ISP Snooping Bill - HR 1981. 07/2012 - Executive Order "Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions" - Grants the Executive Branch full control of all private communications in the country in the name of national security. Includes wired, wireless, satellite, cable, and broadcasting, and provides the transport networks that support the Internet and other key information systems. 09/2012 - Benghazi Scandal that got US Ambassador Chris Stevens and three staffers killed.
Drone Strikes
Yemen 2009 thru October 2013 - ~57 to 72 civilians have been killed from drone strikes. Pakistan 2009 thru 2012 - 293 drone strikes killing ~1,536 to 2,684 people.

Sword Rattling for War (1) Sanctions (just like pre-Iraq) on Iran are ramping up the hate and fear of America and preparing the American people for war. Update: this has caused hyperinflation in Iran; the people who suffer most are the poor. Also, this contributes to rising oil prices, which harms the poor in America. (2) Cyber Attacks. White House ordered creation and dissemination of computer viruses to attack Iranian nuclear research facilities. Stuxnet is one example.

Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST)
Re-introduced by Obama in 5/2012 - Subordinates U.S. naval and drilling operations beyond 200 miles of our coast to a newly established U.N. bureaucracy. If approved, it will grant a Kingston, Jamaica-based International Seabed Authority (ISA) the power to regulate deep-sea oil exploration, seabed mining, and fishing rights. As part of the deal, as much as 7% of U.S. government revenue that is collected from oil and gas companies operating off our coast will be paid to ISA for redistribution to poorer, landlocked countries. This apparently is in penance for America's audacity in perpetuating prosperity yielded by our Industrial Revolution. [more info]

Goldman Sachs, Monsanto & Other Notable Corporate Crony Appointments
Although Obama claims to support the Occupy Wall St. movement, the truth is that he has raised more money from Wall St. than any other candidate during the last 20 years. In early 2012, Obama held a fundraiser where Wall St. investment bankers and hedge fund managers each paid $35,800 to attend. In October 2011, Obama hired Broderick Johnson, a longtime Wall Street lobbyist, to be his new senior campaign adviser. Johnson had worked as a lobbyist for JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Comcast, Microsoft, and the oil industry. A few examples of his cronyism:
1/2009 - Obama swears in Timothy Geithner as U.S. Secretary of the Treasury. Tim Geithner was President of the New York Federal Reserve Bank 2003 to 2008. (1) Geithner engineered the AIG bailout, which cost more than it would take to buy everyone in the United States a $300,000 home.
(2) $185 billion was secretly paid to Goldman Sachs while Geithner was President of the NY Fed. It got out that Geithner told lawyers to hide that money ($185 billion) was being paid to Goldman Sachs. Geithner did not go to jail. 2/2009 - Obama appointed Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of General Electric, as member of President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Immelt retained his position as CEO of G.E. GE paid no taxes in 2010. 4/2009 - Obama appoints 5 RIAA lawyers to the Justice Department.
